Licensed to Glow

fka Beauty Right Back (BRB) · Consumer / Marketplace
Pre-Seed March 2025

Licensed to Glow is a beauty services subscription provider to consumers nationwide, offering unlimited beauty plans starting at $99/month. LTG gives consumers steady, predictable pricing while providing salons with tech-enabled back-office services — appointment booking, staff scheduling, and POS.

Beauty services consumers were fatigued by high prices for simple procedures ($80–90 for a manicure or pedicure), and many had shifted to self-service or stopped altogether. When we surveyed friends and family on whether LTG was a viable solution, the answer was overwhelmingly "how do I sign up?" rather than skepticism, and the model mirrored ClassPass's success with significant target-market overlap. On the supply side, independent salons struggled with inconsistent month-over-month revenue, driving missed rent and payroll. LTG's marketplace aligned steady consumer demand with the operational relief salons needed.

Nitra logo

Nitra

Fintech / Healthtech / Marketplace
Series A ext. June 2025

Nitra is an all-in-one finance and AI-enabled workflow platform for private practices nationwide. Using industry-specific expense cards as a wedge, Nitra beats out non-healthcare fintech incumbents by bundling banking & lending, patient management and scheduling, EHR integration, benchmarking and analytics, billing and insurance, and procurement into one vertical, AI-enabled solution.

We believe in tech that enables SMBs, and Nitra used its expense-card wedge to become a one-stop operations shop for largely independent and solo practices. The team had already established a foothold in high-value, underserved markets such as dermatology, medspas, and eye care, with plans to expand into neurology, urology, oncology, orthopedics, and GI. A marketplace launch promised a rewards flywheel on top of banking, lending, and expense management. Combined with a team that had a prior fintech IPO exit via FiscalNote and an already strong pace of new client onboarding and revenue growth, the opportunity to join some of the best investors in the world on the cap table made it an easy decision for us to invest.

Hone Health logo

Hone Health

Telehealth / Consumer / Longevity Care
Series A ext. June 2026

Hone Health is a vertically integrated telehealth platform focused on hormone optimization, preventative care, and longevity medicine through a subscription-based platform.

Three reasons drew us in. First, modern healthcare has extended lifespans, and people want to be healthier for longer, hence the recent buzz around weight loss drugs, peptides, and longevity medicine broadly. Second, healthcare is trending toward interconnected, holistic care rather than siloed data across specialties and doctors. Third, existing health tech is fragmented across multiple apps and care formats, and consumers want a one-stop shop. Alongside an already impressive track record, Hone's novel diagnostics, its army of licensed physicians on a proprietary EMR, and its ability to prescribe and monitor treatment in a user-friendly UI make it a clear contender in personalized consumer healthcare.
